our feline customer base), it is not possible for us to accept returns or
offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective
products. If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective product
and need a replacement, please contact us via telephone or email first – do
not send anything back until we have given authorization to do so.
We will then let you know how to proceed with any returns as well as
