The best way to contact us is always with email as it is checked roughly 14 hours out of each day, well past the time our phones are closed down for the day. To ensure that your letters are answered promptly, please send them to the appropriate address, which is orders@vegancats.com.
For questions about our products, nutritional information, and general advice or recommendations for your companions, please check our FAQ first. Please email us if the answers to your questions cannot be found in the FAQ section.
For questions regarding shipping or other policies, please first check our policies page. For tracking information please consult the shipping notification email sent to you from UPS (QuantumView). For other questions about a specific order send letters to orders@vegancats.com. If possible, please send a "Reply to" to your order confirmation email and make sure that it contains the original message text. Otherwise, please make sure to include the full name that was used when you placed the order and let us know the approximate date that the order was placed. |

If you need to call regarding an order or if you have any product questions, please call us toll-free at 1-866-88-VEGAN (USA and Canada only - all other countries call 262-574-7761). If you would like to send us a fax, please call 1-262-574-7762.
Our office hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. This telephone number is the same one that also calls our office for VeganEssentials.com as well, and if you have any questions regarding products or orders from that website we can assist from the same number.
We cannot always keep up with call volume and occasionally we are all in the warehouse or doing order pickups and you may get put to our voicemail. If you do not get through on your call to speak with someone in person we ask that you leave your name, telehone number, and if possible, a brief message with your question and we'll call you back as soon as possible to assist with whatever you need. |
